TJ went to school for agriculture before “organic” was something you could just print on a label. He’s been training combat sports since he was 13. At 42, discipline isn’t something we talk about, it’s something we live every day. That mindset carries into everything we grow and everything we make.

Our microgreens are truly organic. No pesticides. No chemical shortcuts. No pretending. We care about the soil, the process, and what goes into your body. In a world where “organic” gets thrown around, we hold ourselves to a higher standard.
